Job Role: Associate Lead Consultant – Palo Alto SASE

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Lead Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto SASE to support and lead incident resolution, policy optimization, and operational excellence across cloud-delivered security environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Palo Alto SASE / Prisma Access
- Lead day-to-day operations and incident investigation on Palo Alto Prisma Access (SASE).
- Troubleshoot production issues related to:
- Remote users
- Branch connectivity
- Tunnels and service connections
- Perform log analysis using:
- Prisma Access logs
- Palo Alto firewall logs
- SIEM platforms (Sentinel / Splunk / QRadar, etc.)
- Review, optimize, and clean up security policies in Prisma Access to improve performance, security posture, and stability.
- Make direct configuration changes within Prisma Access (firewall changes via ticketed workflow).
- Support and optimize GlobalProtect deployments in a SASE context.
- Proactively identify and propose automation opportunities to improve incident response and troubleshooting efficiency.
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- Palo Alto Prisma Access / SASE – strong, hands-on experience
- GlobalProtect (remote users in SASE environments)
- Incident management & root cause analysis on cloud security platforms
- Palo Alto firewall fundamentals (PAN‑OS, Panorama)
- Security policy review, optimization, and rule cleanup
- Log analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in production environments with high availability requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have / Learnable:
- CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM)
- Least privilege policy design
- Privilege elevation workflows
- Scripting or automation exposure
- ITIL-based incident and change management experience
