Associate / Lead Analyst, SAP Sales
KLA's Information Technology (IT) group is seeking an Associate / Lead Analyst, SAP Sales. This role is essential for driving business growth and productivity by connecting people, processes, and technology. You'll be a key player in gathering and documenting business requirements for system changes, developing solutions, and leading enhancement projects within SAP Sales.
Responsibilities
- Work with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for system changes and to develop solutions to satisfy business needs.
- Analyze the impact changes will have on other internal/external business application systems and recommend action.
- Regularly use SAP S/4HANA Sales, including Orders, Quotations, Variant Configuration, Billing, etc.
- Design, configure, test, and maintain the SAP Sales models.
- Actively work with Business Resources to determine the technical solution that best meets the business requirements.
- Lead enhancement projects and provide ad-hoc support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve production issues based on business intelligence data.
- Recommend where automation / improvements will drive efficiency.
- Identify process inefficiencies, recommend innovative uses of software functionality, design, implement solutions, and train end-users.
Skills
- Strong ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Sales, including Orders, Quotations, Variant Configuration, and Billing.
- Experience in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP Sales models.
- Adept at analyzing the impact of system changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation/improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
