Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure
  • Implement and troubleshoot SDWAN, VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless setups
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams during migration and integration
  • Follow ITIL practices and maintain documentation for service delivery

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure 24x7 availability of User Zones and Application Availability Groups
  • Design and deploy secure, scalable network solutions
  • Manage network monitoring and incident response via ServiceNow
  • Document and transition completed infrastructure to regional teams
