Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage daily data processes ensuring timely case file transmissions
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for data reconciliation issues
  • Develop and execute test plans for updates, patches, and new releases
  • Automate QA processes and maintain system performance dashboards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot adverse event data flow across multiple systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical dependencies and system bottlenecks
  • Document bugs, regression test outcomes, and preventive maintenance measures
  • Ensure compliance with FDA Part 11, GAMP, and quality assurance protocols
