Role OverviewAs an Associate Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the design team, working directly with clients to translate their vision into tangible design plans. You will move beyond just drafting to manage the aesthetic direction, technical detailing, and material selection for residential and commercial projects. This role requires a balance of artistic flair, technical proficiency (AutoCAD/SketchUp), and strong client management skills.

- Develop comprehensive mood boards, material palettes, and furniture layouts.
- Ensure all designs optimize space functionality while adhering to Spazioliv's quality standards.
2. Client Consultation & Management
- Lead design presentations for clients, effectively communicating design concepts and handling feedback.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients during the design phase, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to design sign-off.
- Guide clients through material selection (laminates, fabrics, lighting, etc.) at our studio or vendor showrooms.
3. Technical Documentation & Execution
- Produce accurate working drawings (electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, joinery) for the execution team.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure designs are feasible and executed accurately on-site.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure design fidelity during the installation phase.
4. Vendor & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for custom furniture, modular units (kitchens/wardrobes), and soft furnishings.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and estimates to maintain transparency in quotations.

- Detail-Obsessed: You know that a millimeter difference in a modular kitchen drawing matters.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: Minimum 24 years of experience in residential interiors (experience with modular furniture is a strong plus).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and MS Office is mandatory.
