Interior Design Trainer is responsible for building consistent, client-ready design capability across the organization by training both new and experienced designers on tools, quotations, client communication, and salesdesign alignment. This role directly reduces design errors, improves project execution speed, strengthens confidence, and supports scalable growth by ensuring every designer represents the Decorpot brand with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver design product, material, and tool training to new and existing designers.
- Train designers on quotation understanding, presentation, and engaging in client meetings.
- Coach designers on client communication, confidence, and meeting readiness.
- Ensure designer certification before floor exposure.
- Support salesdesign walkthrough alignment and meeting readiness.
- Identify recurring design execution gaps and address them through training.
- Act as a capability anchor for design excellence within the L&D framework.
