Role: Associate - ServiceNow IRM / GRC Developer
Location: PAN India
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow IRM applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, platform and solution architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and apply ServiceNow technical best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions using ServiceNow scripting and configuration.
- Support integration efforts with other modules (e.g., EA, BCM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC).
- Maintain and enhance existing IRM workflows, forms, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with PwC's platform governance standards, including TRB and TDR processes.
- Conduct unit testing and support QA testing cycles.
- Document technical designs and maintain development artifacts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- An understanding of ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules and platform capabilities.
- ITIL Foundations v3 or higher
