Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding of new employees
Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with conflict resolution, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining employee records
Help implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training programs and initiatives to enhance skills and development
