Mission of the Position

Responsible for supporting Consultants (Jnr. Consultants, Consultants and Senior Consultants) in the delivery of HSDNA Consulting and Executive Education activities of the EHL Graduate School segment including business development, acquisition & delivery of client mandates and customer relationship management across the core hospitality (hotels, restaurants) and non-core hospitality (automotive, healthcare, luxury, banking, retail, airlines) sector for the Region while also supporting global regional teams in their client acquisition and mandate delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Marketing

• Conduct business analysis through research.
• Execute business development activities for their Segment unit across the Region.
• Marketing of products and services to business prospects.
• Prepare prospective client and mandate pitch documents.

Project Management & Delivery

• Support Consultants in servicing client mandates, including but not limited to conductingdeep dive audits, developing project report content and delivering of training programs.
• When required to independently or as part of a team manage and deliver mandate sections.
• Execute allocated tasks as a part of client mandates.
• Preparation and research for client mandates.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients/prospective clients.
• Identify client's challenges, develop hypotheses and support in executing analysis.
• Prepare mandate project reports and presentation documents.
• Ensures the delivery and follow up of projects.

Skills required for the position

Required Diploma

• Bachelor degree in relevant fields (hospitality, tourism, business administration, services, learning and development) or equivalent degree

• Knowledge of consulting practices and the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge/Experience in the Learning & Development Industry (Content design and delivery) is preferred.
