Role Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment
process for internal hiring as well as staff augmentation engagements. The role
requires strong candidate screening ability, effective communication with hiring
managers, clients, and vendors, and maintaining structured recruitment
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand hiring requirements from managers and prepare Job Descriptions
(JD).
- Coordinate JD approval with hiring managers before publishing the position.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal
databases.
- Conduct initial resume screening and logical candidate evaluation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring
managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and managers regarding
interview updates.
- Handle salary negotiation and expectation alignment with candidates.
- Manage offer rollout and joining coordination.
- Ensure professional rejection communication with candidates while
maintaining a positive employer brand.
- Monitor emails and social platforms and respond to candidate queries.
- Candidate Experience Management
- Ensure candidates receive clear communication throughout the hiring
process.
- Maintain professional and positive interaction even during rejection.
- Represent the company brand positively to all potential candidates.
Staff Augmentation Responsibilities
- Client & Vendor Hiring Support
- Manage recruitment for staff augmentation and contract-based positions.
- Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal sales teams for hiring needs.
- Maintain regular communication with client-side recruiters and vendor
partners.
- Support daily candidate pipeline screening and engagement.
- Client/Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling with client companies and vendor partners.
- Share candidate profiles in the required company format (e.g., SETOO CV
format).
- Ensure proper communication with client hiring teams and vendor partners.
- Support client onboarding coordination and documentation.
- Contract Position Management
- Manage contract employee onboarding and offboarding formalities.
- Coordinate background verification processes for contract candidates.
- Maintain documentation for NDA agreements, employment agreements, and
vendor contracts.
- Track contract employee performance and engagement status.
- Maintain proper documentation for commercial terms and agreements.
- Recruitment Documentation & Tracking
- Maintain recruitment tracking sheets and candidate pipeline reports.
- Update and maintain records for:
- Candidate screening sheets
- Interview scheduling tracker
- Offer and joining tracker
- Client/vendor communication logs
- Ensure proper documentation for audit and internal reporting.
- Coordination with Sales Team
- Work closely with the sales and business development team for staff
augmentation requirements.
- Understand client staffing needs and hiring timelines.
- Support the sales team with candidate pipeline readiness for client
opportunities.
