Role & responsibilities:
Harmonious Industrial Relations:
- Play a consultative role in managing cordial IR atmosphere
- Work on strategies for positive IR climate in factory
- Long Term Settlements and effective implementation
- Implement communication, intervention, counselling to improve morale
- Address issues impacting morale proactively; facilitate dialogue & conflict resolution
- Facilitate monthly Union meetings and grievance closure
Strengthen governance around statutory compliance
- Drive zero-based HR budgeting and adherence
- Ensure statutory compliance requirements
- Verify and monitor monthly compliance audit scores
- Collaborate with CFT and educate on compliance to arrest deviations
- Liaison with Government authorities
- Ensure HR compliance in Quality & Safety
People Development
- Design people initiatives/strategies that enhance productivity, employee welfare and development
- Develop competent and skilled work force
- Design and introduce long term strategy for Manpower availability
Partnering Business
- Ensure Organisation Fill rate is in par with
- Strengthen the brining touchpoints at plant
- Drive Talent review
Preferred candidate profile
- Demonstrate successful track record in an unionized factory environment, specially, should have hand-on experience of signing of multiple LTS.
- Hands-on experience on Strategic IR.
- Demonstrate good inter-personal skills with cross functional areas.
- Proactive approach in handling the ER & IR in the factory. Comply with EHS needs and all statutory regulations as per Factory Act & Industrial Dispute Act
Qualifications & Knowledge:
- MBA(HR)/MLM/MSW
- 15-18 years of experience
- Labour Laws, IR, ER, HRM, HRD, OD methodology & Techniques, OB, Excel
