About the Role-

• Good command of using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and campaign workflows.


• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operations in a consumer tech or fintech environment.


• Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap campaign execution, user segmentation, and growth dashboards.


• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design.


• Strong ownership mindset takes accountability for outcomes and drives results with minimal hand-holding.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and experimentation approach with clear communication skills.
