Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind-

About the Role

As an Associate in the Native Growth & Marketing team, you will directly contribute to driving revenue growth for Native products (RO, Locks, etc.) by building, launching, and scaling high-impact marketing initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams ((product, analytics, design, category) and agency partners, you will take ideas from 0 to 1 and ensure they translate into measurable business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire growth funnel - from shaping the offering to driving discovery, conversion, and repeat usage - while building a strong D2C brand.

Here's What You'll Do

A. Driving Revenue Growth Levers

1.Product / Offering

  • Identify growth opportunities across e-commerce platforms (assortment, bundling, placements, reviews, ratings)
  • Continuously refine product positioning, content, and merchandising across partner channels to maximize revenue.

2.Price & Offers

  • Support pricing and discounting decisions to improve conversion and revenue
  • Execute and iterate on offers across campaigns, events, and lifecycle journeys

3.Channel Experience (App + Paid + CRM)

  • Improve how Native is presented across app/storefront, paid channels, and CRM
  • Work on landing pages, creatives, and messaging to drive higher CTR and CVR

B. Driving Distribution & Demand

1.Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and CRM channels
  • Ensure campaigns go live with the right targeting, creatives, and messaging
  • Track performance and continuously optimize for scale

2.Lifecycle & Retention

  • Build and execute journeys across push, email, and What
  • sAppImprove conversion across key funnels (new users, cart abandoners, repeat users)

3.Supply-Demand Alignment

  • Work with category/ops teams to ensure demand generation aligns with supply availability
  • Support city/category-level interventions to unlock growth

C. Insights Action Scale

1.Consumer Understanding

  • Talk to users, analyze behavior, and identify key drop-offs/opportunities
  • Translate insights into sharper propositions, messaging, and campaigns

2.Experimentation

  • Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, pricing, and funnels
  • Rapidly iterate based on results and scale what works

3.Performance Tracking

  • Track key metrics like CAC, CTR, CVR on a daily basis
  • Maintain hygiene across dashboards, trackers, and reporting
