Job Overview

We are looking for Associate Textile Designer for Neon Earth, responsible for supporting design quality, curation standards, and customer-facing design outputs. This role works closely with the senior design team and contributes to ensuring all residential design solutions align with brand guidelines, customer needs, and execution feasibility.

This role focuses on prints, patterns, placements, color stories, and Trend research across products home textiles products. The candidate will work closely with senior designers to ensure all outputs align with brand aesthetics, market trends, and production feasibility.

The role requires strong expertise in Artwork/print creation across multiple product categories, with an artistic eye for design and a well-developed design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Execution
  • Creating artworks based on trend research using tools such as Illustrator, Procreate, hand sketches, and various creative mediums.
  • Translate trends into practical and commercially viable design concepts.
  • Support consistency in design output across Project.
  • Design Assistance.
  • Support senior team members in creating balanced designs focused on personalization, comfort, and durability.
  • Contribute to design presentations.
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organized records to facilitate effective data sharing and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Help ensure all designs are execution-ready and aligned with sourcing and operational constraints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Work closely with marketing, sourcing, and operations teams to support design execution.
  • Designing artworks for campaign drops in line with current trends.
  • Process & Learning.
  • Follow established design processes, templates, and curation frameworks.
  • Stay updated on interior design and home décor trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Actively participate in design reviews and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field, with strong sketching and painting skills in both digital and hand-drawn formats essential.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in textile design, along with strong expertise in graphic design and illustration.
  • Design Knowledge: Understanding creative principles and design elements, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Execution Focus: Ability to translate concepts into practical, execution-ready designs.
  • Communication: Clear and structured communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Suite; basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp, Pro create Figma is a plus.
