Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create engaging visual assets, including digital ads, social media
graphics, videos, packaging, and website
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity
across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to develop creative assets for
new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining
quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
keep the brand's design strategies innovative and competitive.
- Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work
environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator for Social Creatives likes Reels, GIFs.
- Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
- Strong understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics
- Excellent understanding of video production processes, including storyboarding, editing,
color grading, and sound design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
