EMotorad is building the future of personal electric mobility in India, and design is core to how we tell that story. As an Associate in Graphic Design, you'll work across brand, product, and marketing to craft visual communication that is sharp, intentional, and unmistakably EM.
This role is for someone who has seriously internalized design fundamentals- grid, hierarchy, color
theory, typographic rhythm, and uses them as a foundation, not a crutch. You use AI tools not to skip thinking, but to think faster and push further.
Job Description:
Brand & Visual
-Design for brand campaigns, digital and print
-Build and maintain visual identity systems
-Own social and digital content design end-to-end
Product & Marketing
-Support product launches with sharp visual assets
-Collaborate on UX/UI design for campaigns
-Create pitch decks, sales collateral, and guides
Process & Thinking
-Break briefs down from first principles
-Present and defend design decisions clearly
-Iterate fast based on structured feedback
AI-Augmented Workflow
-Leverage AI tools actively in your design process
-Use generative tools to prototype and explore
-Stay ahead of what's possible, and use it
Requirements:
-Strong grasp of design fundamentals- grid systems, typographic hierarchy, color
theory, composition
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite- Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is non-negotiable
-An AI-first approach: you actively use Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent tools as part of your workflow
-First-principles thinking, you can deconstruct a brief and build a solution from the ground up, not from templates
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail
-Strong visual taste, you notice what others don't, and it shows in your work
-0–2 years of experience (internships count); a strong portfolio matters far more than your
résumé
Bonus Points:
Nice to Have
-Motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut)
-Working knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX tools
-Experience designing for D2C, consumer brands, or e-commerce
-Interest in electric mobility, cycling, or lifestyle products
-Photography or art direction sensibility
