Role Summary:

The Expert Network role at Nextyn involves connecting global clients with relevant industry experts to support research, consulting, and investment decision making. The role requires strong communication, research skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely and high quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Identification and Engagement

Identify and engage industry professionals and subject matter experts aligned with client requirements

Evaluate expert relevance and ensure suitability for specific projects

Client Relationship Management

Manage client communication and understand project objectives

Build and maintain professional, trust based client relationships

Expert Support

Support experts throughout the engagement lifecycle

Address queries and ensure smooth coordination

Revenue and Account Growth

Contribute to revenue generation by sourcing high quality experts

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross selling

Project Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution

Maintain clear communication between clients, experts, and internal stakeholders

Research and Analysis

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research as per client needs

Provide insights on industries, markets, and emerging trends

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good analytical and research abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, client driven environment.
