Responsibilities

• Analyse data from financial statements, industry reports, and databases.
• Develop and maintain financial models for projections and valuations.
• Research companies, industries, and economic trends.
• Prepare research reports and investment recommendations.
• Support in preparing pitch books and client presentations.
• Maintain and update research databases accurately.
• Assist senior analysts in client interactions and address queries.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor juniors.
• Provide sector coverage and track KPIs.
• Identify and evaluate investment risks.
• Stay updated with financial markets and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and adhere to ethical standards.
• Assist in special projects and develop new research tools.

Skills

Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modelling, and experience with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters). Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Research and Communication: Excellent research abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to produce clear and insightful reports.

Time Management and Collaboration: Effective time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Ethical Standards and Continuous Learning: High ethical standards, commitment to compliance, and eagerness to stay updated with the latest market trends and participate in ongoing training.

Required Qualification

CA (First Attempt)

CFA /MBAinFinance with Minimum 1 Year experience or preferably 2 Years of experience.

Preferred Experience in Metals sector
