Responsibilities
- Asset Management & Operational Oversight
- Monitor and optimize financial performance across hospitality assets.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel operations in coordination with operators.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as occupancy, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strategic Alignment & Value Creation
- Support the Head Asset Management in developing strategies aligned with the group's vision.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and asset enhancement.
- Collaborate with operators and internal teams to implement value-creation initiatives.
- Contracts, Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage procurement of specialized equipment, materials, and services.
- Review, negotiate, and manage vendor and service contracts.
- Ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with operational and brand standards.
- Design & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with design teams on renovations, refurbishments, and new projects.
- Ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
- Support operators in implementing operational improvements and compliance measures.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance reports for the Head Asset Management.
- Liaise with internal teams, operators, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Prior experience managing multiple properties or large-scale hospitality assets is highly desirable
