Associate General Manager- Finance Business Partnering (F/D/M)
Responsibilities
- Management Reporting for 3 legal entities.
- Act as trusted partner to executive leadership on Strategy, Investment and Performance
- Stakeholder Management and build collaborative relations with Business heads
- Lead coach and develop high performance business partnering team
- Drive Business Performance through robust Annual Planning, forecasting and performance management
- Pricing, Product costing and commercial acumen
- Improved quality and speed of executive decision‑making
- Create strong leadership bench and succession pipeline within the partnering function
- Accounts Receivable Management. (Order to Cash)
- Cost Centre Management and cost allocation
- General Ledger and Scrutiny of the same for expenses
- Preparation of monthly financial statement (quarterly and yearly corporate reporting using e.g. Hyperion. FASTER)
- Adherence to company policies
- Business Performance Presentations
- Consolidations for APAC regions monthly numbers and annual budget
- Supports special projects and processes improvement initiatives.
- Support audit of Ind AS and IFRS and cost audit.
- Managing budgets and interaction with all departments.
- Capex Control and ROI / IRR calculation
- It is the responsibility of the individuals to ensure that each team members are aligned with Freudenberg Ethic's policy and Code of Conduct.
- Each member are responsible to follow the Safe working Practice and Safe Travelling Mode.
- Plant controlling
- Leading a team of 5-6 business partners
- Preparing business strategy
Qualifications
- CA/ ICWA /M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with 12-15 years of experience in accounting or finance management
- Accounting firm experience is an asset (article ship, internship).
- Excellent analytical skills and insight.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- ICAI with first attempt and rank holders will be preferred.
- MBA finance from a premier institute will be an advantage
- MNC experience will be preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years experience in Finance Planning and Analysis ( FP&A), with track record of increasing responsibility.
- Working experience in manufacturing sector is beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of SAP processes and ERP
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and networking skills required
- English language mandatory. Knowledge of other Indian languages will be beneficial.
