Role Description

The Associate General Manager - Design is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar. The role involves overseeing and managing design teams, ensuring project delivery timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of design quality. Responsibilities include driving creative direction, collaborating with stakeholders, managing customer expectations, and mentoring team members. This position requires leadership skills and a passion for innovative design to meet customer needs and align with the company's goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Design, Architecture, and creative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software, along with an understanding of space planning and aesthetics.
  • Experience in managing teams, mentoring designers, and coordinating large-scale projects.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and client interaction skills.
  • Strategic thinking, project management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a drive to innovate and implement new design solutions.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
