Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects within the Power/Energy sector.
- Lead a team of engineers and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve project milestones.
- Provide expertise in resolving complex technical issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Expert in civil constrution BTG, BOP and civil & strutrual works for power plant.
- Develop project timelines, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans to support efficient project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project schedules.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide project updates, highlight achievements, and address any challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.
Technical Skills
- Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices in the Power/Energy industry
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and other relevant design software
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and building codes

- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering projects

Qualifications
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
Overall, 15-20 years of experience and 5-10 years in the Power/Energy industry
