Job Summary: To act as business driver and vertical builder of Group Direct Business which entails sales planning and implementing strategic efforts to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating business plans and GTM strategies and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives towards revenue generation for projects/companies as applicable
- Managing the P&L of projects for a defined time period with complete ownership of all decisions made towards the same
- Using data to understand sales trends / market trends / customer behaviour and making relevant recommendations to top management based on this data
- Developing new initiatives & new business units
- Creating policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, operations and administrative activities.
- Engaging with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing appropriate recommendations on execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in strategy/consulting/business planning roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation, excel skills. PowerBI preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
