I'm excited to share that Shop in Shop India, together with our fast-growing overseas operations, is entering an expansion phase and I'm now looking for a strategic Associate Founder to join this journey.

Who We Are

Shop in Shop is a cross-border commerce platform enabling Indian FMCG, beauty, herbal, fashion, and health brands to enter Bangladesh and neighbouring markets quickly and profitably.

Our Bangladesh entity already operates an active e-commerce setup with strong month-on-month sales, fast logistics, and a growing consumer base.

We are now expanding rapidly in India with:

FMCG private label (Oh! So Organic)

Beauty & cosmetics brand to be launched

A food processing & packing facility in India (in progress)

Growing online platforms: OhSoOrganic.shop & OhSoFresh.shop

Retail and distribution tie-ups across India, Bangladesh and UAE.

What I'm Looking For

A Co-Founder with:

FMCG / D2C / E-commerce / Food Tech experience / passion

Strong understanding of operations, growth, or brand-building

Ability to lead teams, drive scale, and build processes

Investment capability (minimum 25 lakhs)

Hunger to build a high-growth India-to-Bangladesh FMCG ecosystem
