As the Associate Founder at Vinfyn Advisory, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and driving the company's vision and strategies. This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, creating innovative financial solutions, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the team to oversee key projects such as financial planning, investment strategies, and business consulting services, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence.

• Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategy, and wealth management
• Experience in risk management, tax planning, and debt management
• Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in business consulting and operations management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adept at using analytical tools for personal and business financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Advanced degree or certifications like CFA/CFP are a plus)
• Experience working in financial services or consulting, with an understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks
