Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Founder at Saanjh. The Associate Founder will be responsible for leading and coordinating various mental health initiatives at our organization. Some work will be based in Madurai, with the flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Clinical Psychology, Counseling, and Therapy skills
- Experience in organizing and facilitating group and community events
- Corporate Wellness Workshop design and implementation skills
- Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Empathy and Compassion
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in mental health advocacy and awareness
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
