This role is a generalist seat with a front-row view of how an early-stage legal-tech company actually runs. On most days you will be:
- Running point on sales ops
- CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, closing the loop between lawyers, advisors, and clients
- Owning client escalations end-to-end, so nothing falls through the cracks
- Tracking goals, chasing deliverables, making meetings shorter and sharper
- Diving into special projects
- Turning founder thinking into clear SOPs, dashboards, and decisions the team can execute on
Who we're looking for
- A management graduate (MBA / PGDM, 0–2 years out)
- Allergic to ambiguity and still runs toward it
- Strong fundamentals: Excel, Docs, decks, a working sense of data
- Comfortable talking to a lawyer, a wealth manager, a developer, and a client, all in the same afternoon
- Written and spoken English that earns trust quickly
- Bonus: any exposure to BFSI, legal-tech, or SaaS
