About the Role:

If you've ever wanted to see how a company is actually built not from a PowerPoint, but from the

trenches this is your ticket. The Founder's Office at Earkart Limited works directly with the

Founder & CEO on everything that moves the company forward: strategy, growth, new ventures,

and firefighting the occasional chaos that comes with building something real.

We're hiring five bright, driven graduates (MBA or Engineering) for a 1-year program. You'll work

side-by-side with the Founder, own projects that have real business impact, and get a crash course in

how to think, decide, and execute like a founder.

One of you will earn your stripes and move into the Chief of Staff role.

What You'll Do:

Own and drive at least two key projects end-to-end (domestic or international). You'll be the single

accountable person no hiding behind team dependencies.

Work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives across business

verticals.

Tear apart data, research markets, and build strategies that actually get implemented.

Coordinate across functions Sales, Ops, HR, Finance and make things happen when everyone

else says it can't.

Prepare sharp decks, reports, and business updates that influence real decisions.

Spot inefficiencies, call them out, and fix them fast.

Sit in on high-stakes meetings, travel when needed, and learn by doing not observing.

What We're Looking For:

Fresh MBA or Engineering graduates from top institutes who want to build, not just manage.

Relentlessly curious minds who ask why till it annoys people (and then still ask again).

Strong analytical chops, crisp communication, and an obsession with finishing what you start.

Comfort with chaos, ambiguity, and working directly with leadership.

Solid command over Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.

Duration: 1-Year Traineeship (with potential transition to full-time Chief of Staff role )
