  • Prepare manual Journal Entries during accounting close
  • Take lead in Supplier Confirmation during Quarter Close to ensure FM compliance. Quarterly Accruals Analysis/Posting
  • Prepare monthly Forecast of the assigned Skill Teams, variance explanation (Issue to Issue, Budget Perf., YoY)
  • Prepare and review monthly/quarterly operating deck with Skill Team Operation Leaders
  • Perform run-rate analysis to identify cost opportunities
  • Develop Business Plan by working with skill team operations including variance explanations
  • Prepare and review sub-ledger, as applicable
  • Review and approve PRs in Ariba
  • Support PwC and GAO audit requests
  • Support / complete special or adhoc assignments as required
  • Drive process improvement as part of finance modernization initiatives

  • Ability to work independently with good business acumen
  • Work with agile mindset to constantly identify waste elimination, cost / process efficiencies
  • Strong and clear communication skills to be able to present during management reviews
  • Work with a control mindset to ensure activities are in line with FM requirements

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5+ Years of Experience
  • CA / CWA or MBA Finance
