- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial workflows.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate, Finance should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- CA + MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
