Position Overview

You'll drive financial operations and strategic initiatives at a fast-growing AI-powered housing platform. You'll build scalable financial processes from the ground up while supporting business decisions that impact enterprise clients worldwide. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to optimize operations during a critical growth phase.

Role & Responsibilities

You manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections

You oversee monthly financial close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis

You implement and optimize financial systems and processes to support scaling operations

You maintain cash flow forecasting and working capital management

You support budgeting and financial planning processes with operational insights

You ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting requirements, and regulatory standards

Must Have Criteria

2-4 years of experience in operational finance, accounting, or financial operations

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or MBA in Finance

Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

Experience with accounts payable/receivable and financial close processes

Knowledge of financial controls and compliance procedures

Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Nice to Have

Previous experience at B2B SaaS or marketplace companies

Experience with Google Suite for financial reporting and collaboration

Experience with ERP systems implementation or optimization

Experience with financial process automation tools
