Associate Finance (FP&A)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Finance (FP&A) to support financial planning,

reporting, and day-to-day finance operations. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who

have hands-on experience in finance operations along with exposure to FP&A activities such as

budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilitie

s• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitie

s• Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summarie

s• Analyze financial data and support variance analysis and business reportin

g• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial record

s• Support accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing and reconciliation

s• Handle GST filings and assist with statutory compliance requirement

s• Collaborate closely with the finance team on ongoing accounting and operational task

s• Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and compliance review

s• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and finance processe

Requiremen

ts• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related fie

ld• 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance operations and FP&A activiti

es• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or MIS preparati

on• Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory complian

ce• Experience with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBoo

ks• Strong proficiency in MS Exc
