Job Description : Associate - Factory Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant-level financial operations, cost control, and budgeting.
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support audits, MIS reporting, and monthly financial closures.
- Partner with operations and procurement teams for cost optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in product costing and cost variance analysis is a must.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and financial reporting tools preferred.
