ASSOCIATE - ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY - PROCESS EXCELLENCE

Job Responsibility :

• Map and analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Lead or support process redesign efforts to define optimized, scalable, and sustainable future-state workflows.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to standardize operations and enable reuse across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish KPIs and performance metrics for continuous process improvement.
• Design and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Apromore, Signavio, Alteryx)
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation workflows into existing data systems and knowledge platforms.
• Support automation governance, including opportunity evaluation, prioritization, and ROI tracking
• Help create reusable automation assets and frameworks to accelerate deployment across projects and functions
• Stay abreast of emergingprocess improvement methodologies(Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking) andautomation technologies(Agentic AI, AI-assisted workflows, RPA, process mining).
• Work closely with team leads to build and deploy ET diagnostic tools and contribute actively to IP development
• Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations
• Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
