Job Description

What you need

    • Basic understanding of telecom network architecture (e.g., 2G,3G,LTE/5G,ORAN, Core)
    • Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting procedures
    • Familiarity with IP networking concepts (IP address, ping, traceroute, etc.)
    • Knowledge of Linux commands
    • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
    • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

What you will do:

    • Responsible for 24/7 Network monitoring, rotating shift basis
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues
    • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution
    • Perform 1st level of analysis
    • Deliver daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
