About The Role
To Handle the SMT equipment Breakdowns & make the machine up on time also Collaborate with MFG team & understand production issue & fix . support in developing the Machine Program for the new variants & fine tune the same .
What You Will Do
- Handle the shift individually & lead the shift with respect to Maintenance of equipment's.
- Lead and coordinate initial equipment transfer, select new equipment purchase ,installation and commission ready for line process/equipment validation run and all other auxiliary equipment installation and implementation.capablity of Stencil design and aperture modification
- Identify, improve, recommend, and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, process capability, process improvement and product quality.
- Develop program for all equipment - Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, X-Ray machine , Barcode system, Wave-Solder machine, Selective solder, Auto insertion , Conformal Coating machine and others except industry auto-control system, Utilize offline software to generate SMT and AOI programs
- Prepare and effective implementing preventive maintenance program for all equipment - Screen Printer(Speedline) / SPI(Kohyoung) / Fuji-NXT / Reflow Oven(Heller) / X-Ray machine / Bartector system / Wave-Solder machine(Soltec) / Selective solder (Soltec and Ersa) / Auto insertion (Radial 8) & Conformal Coating machine and others except industry auto-control system
- Lead the development of design documentation, materials and designs for manufacturability, provide feedback to product engineering
What You Will Do
- Develop and design / fabricate jig & fixtures and gages according to process requirement.
- Manage adequate spare-parts availability with minimum inventory $..
- Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize machine utilization rate.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Manages and lead subordinates to support daily production activities to deliver required production target and all other manufacturing measurable. & reduce the scarp , having better knowledge in BGA/LGA/QFN rework profiling
- Reflow oven profiling create reflow profiles insuring integrity of solder joints within internal quality guidelines and IPC-A-610 standards
- Participates to implement and maintain ISO/TS16949 quality system.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by his supervisor to support the operation.
What Makes You Eligible
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical /Manufacturing / Electronic / Engineering.
- Experience: Five years or more experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing as Process/Equip
- Experience in Auto Tier1 preferable
- Experience with MPM/ DEk/ Kohyung / Fuji/Vitonics/ Heller / Wave soldering machines
