What We Are Looking For
We are looking for Generative AI Developer to join our team of innovative and passionate developers who are creating cutting-edge AI solutions for various domains and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Solid understanding of full-stack development (Python and MERN stack) and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- DevOps experience on cloud platforms, including version control and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Git and Terraform.
- Develop, test, and deploy AI models using modern LLMs and frameworks (for example, Hugging Face models, LlamaIndex, LangChain).
- Create and customize AI models to address unique business challenges and improve existing processes.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and related methodologies to build robust, retrieval-enhanced AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data) to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered features.
- Continuously monitor advances in AI/ML and incorporate best practices and new techniques to improve solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on generative models, NLP, and image processing.
- Proficient in Python and other programming languages for AI development.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data processing, feature extraction, text summarization, and image processing techniques.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Genera on (RAG) and other cutting-edge AI processes.
- Proven experience with OpenAI models, including but not limited to GPT (Genera ve Pre-trained Transformer), and the ability to develop custom models.
- Experience in working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
