Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented professional as a Leader-Xactly COEAdministrator (Associate Director) to join a newly created Incentive Compensation & Planning COE that will support 5 core divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. The COE will partner with the various Divisions & Business Units whileremaininga strong partner to the Sales Transformation team within the Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and M&A Group.
In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity to lead the onboarding of the new COE, co-create COE processes & policies, and lead the global administration of Xactly incentive compensation practices. This role willbe responsible forthe operational efficacy and delivery of the COE. You will partner & collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs in theRevOpsecosystem, technical engineering teams, and be the face of the COE's administration arm to the Division and Business Unit Sales Leaders. You will partner with the Xactly Principal Architect and other COE leaders to develop, operationalize, and strengthenthe COEs ability to deliver a quality function as a strategic lever to the GTM organization.
Responsibilities:
lead and co-create COE processes & policies, and lead the global administration of Xactly incentive compensation practices
Oversee the globaladmins acrossmultiple Xactly instances
Establish and enforce global configuration standards, naming conventions, and development lifecycle (dev/test/prod) for Xactly
DefineCOE policiesand controls for security, data retention, and audit readiness
Maintain the global roadmap for Xactly capabilities, upgrades, and feature adoption (e.g., Xactly Extend, Reporting)
Govern data model and interfaces with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRIS (e.g., Workday), Payroll, and Finance systems
Align operational strategies with overall businessobjectivesand strategic programs
Provide leadership, and prepare and/or support regular reconciliations,controlsand audit processes to ensure data integrity and reduce risk
Enhance and govern data architecture, security, and retention across the sales compensation program's ecosystem

Support the broader Xactly COE in driving value to the organization, including key partnerships with the COE Analytics,ChangeMgmt.& Governance teams.

Be a core strategic leader to the Xactly COE as the PrincipalAdministrator, building relationships and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, IT (Global Business Services), Finance, Accounting, HR, and others where necessary.
Manage relationships with Xactly and other partnering organizations for feature adoption, support escalations, and roadmap alignment
Providead hoc insights for plan design reviews and postmortems drive action plans for continuous improvement.
Skills & Experiences:
7+years of Commission System configuration and development or 4+ years of Xactly development responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
Xactly Knowledge: Xactly Connect, Extend, Reporting, Administrator, and Plan Configuration Certification(s), or ability to obtain after onboarding
Proven experience as sales compensation administration, governance, and technical design/configuration/development, with an understanding of compensation methodologies and functional best practices.
Proven experience overseeing commission system administration, including plan configuration, dispute/inquiry management, workflows, document management & templates, system/product maintenance, data quality & preparedness, and general Xactly administrator activities
Proven experienceidentifyingroot causes of common disputes/inquiries or other related challenges, then prioritizing and delivering improvements that strengthen operational excellence acrossprocesses, policy, technology, and data.
Strong experience intaking business requests, synthesizing the requests and prioritizing based on business ROI, scalability, etc. while strengthening the maturity and performance of the commissions system(s).
Strong experience configuring Commission Plan & Spiff/Incentive designs into Xactly (other ICM vendors will be considered)
Experience managing document templates (i.e.Comp Plans & incentives) andexecutingannual transitions, new hires, and role transfers.
Ability to develop and/or guide development in Xactly Reporting (leveragingexperience with Data Studio) to build insightful and complex reports & dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics from complex data effectively and with a scalable approach.
Data Governance: Experienceestablishingdata governance practices and structured models to generate insightful analytics
Experience with ETL tools (i.e.Informatica) for data automation & transformation
Product Releases understanding to Oversee the releases of Xactly product enhancements & maintenance
Coding: SQL (Basic to intermediate-required)
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while considering tactical implications.
Communicates with difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of view.
Persuasion: Ability to socialize ideas and get executive buy-in.
Organization: Excellent execution, prioritization, and organization skills.
Presentation Creation: Strong experience withPowerpointand Excel
Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across various teams and coaching/mentoring those in the COE.
Nice to Have:
ICM Knowledge: Certifications from other ICM systems (i.e.Varicent, SAP-Callidus) are beneficial
Provenexperience governing multiregion/multiinstance environments with rigorous data, security, and audit standards
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional programs and drive change in complex organizations.
