Job Description

  • Create and update external and internal business presentations regularly, communicating with senior leaders and business heads across different cities to gather necessary data.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various business units (Leasing, Capital Markets, Valuations & Advisory, Project Management, Strategic Consulting, etc.) to collaboratively develop analyses and documentation.
  • Translate business strategies into achievable new business development opportunities with a strategic mindset, understanding the big picture and long-term objectives of the business.
  • Maintain financial awareness, demonstrating strong financial acumen to inform decision-making processes.
  • Organize, manage, and centralize data sets for analysis and future business development strategies.
  • Analyze and communicate data trends, provide ongoing evaluations, and maintain a comprehensive business database for accurate and timely tracking.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business trackers and provide reports/presentations on the latest commercial real estate market trends.
  • Provide relevant data and insights to the larger team, assisting in monitoring market trends and providing strategic direction as needed.
  • Supervise junior resources involved in data collection and analysis, including competition tracking, client portfolio analysis, and organizational mapping.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying gaps in existing platforms and processes, recommending and driving process improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency, ensuring technological advancements are applied as appropriate.
