The position

will be based out of Mumbai and the incumbent will be a part of the DBET Field,

managing the west region - India Enterprise. The job profile includes,

  • To meet customers along with CSMs and AM for the adoption of TCX(customer experience platform) for ordering & lifecycle management purposes.
  • To bring market intelligence and competition benchmarking & make the TCX portal more user-friendly basis the data & information.
  • To be the voice of customer & work on customer s feedback received through various channels, qualify them & incorporate in the portal to deliver superior digital experience to customers
  • To be responsible for the TCx NPS survey for respective region customers, work on the feedback & provide customer delight.
  • To facilitate the onboarding of customers onto the portal to ensure seamless adoption of the portal
  • To be instilled with digital-first mindset & equipped to communicate the same to internal & external users of the platform.

Education: Graduate in Engineering. Experience: 8-10

years with exposure to customer relationship management & digital platform

development.

  • Agility and Flexibility: Demonstrating the ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital landscapes, and being open to adjusting strategies and plans as new technologies emerge.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of the digital tools, platforms, and technologies relvant to TCL product portfolio. This capability allows the leader to guide the team effectively in digital adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Competence in using data analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and measure the success of digital adoption efforts.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: A commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies, while also fostering a learning culture within the team.
