Technical Skills & work experience:
- MH: Health Insurance product company/GCC/HealthTech experience ( ), or IT services company with Health Insurance (TCS, HCL, Infosys, etc.) vertical, or Health Insurance company (e.g. ABHI, Star, Icici Lombard, Care, etc), or Health Insurance Ecosystem vendors (Medi Assist, Doc Online, etc).
- MH: Proven experience as a Technology delivery leader with overall experience between 8 - 18 years
- MH: Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes & its successful translation into technology low level design and deliverables
- MH: Excellent handle on collaboration and delivery tools like Confluence, Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, MS Project, etc
