The Associate Director, Tax Data Management, and Innovation (TDMI) will play a crucial role in reviewing and enhancing the company's tax data, technology infrastructure, and operations. This role will oversee the tax-related master data for the various legal entity management systems utilized by global tax (Triton, Common Entities, Legal Entity Manager, International Tax Calculator, etc.). This role will be responsible for creating and providing up-to-date legal entity organizational charts globally as needed for audits, etc., and ensuring all related controls are executed.


This role will also oversee the recently implemented stock basis tool and the annual update process. They will need to leverage subject matter expertise in Tax transaction support, US federal, and US international teams. These computations will support transactions and reorganizations
