The mission of the leadership role is to industrialize excellence, ensuring that our Global Ways of Working are standardized, automated, and world-class.Delivery Excellence & StandardisationDefine and institutionalise global delivery standards, frameworks, and operating models across GBS centresDrive consistency in processes, governance, KPIs, and service delivery practices underpinned by technology and AI enablementEstablish and track delivery excellence benchmarks, ensuring continuous improvement2. Automation & Innovation StrategyIdentify, prioritise, and build a pipeline of automation opportunities across GBS in partnership with the Automation CoELead the execution of automation initiatives (RPA, AI-led solutions, workflow tools, etc.)Create a culture of innovation by embedding structured ideation and continuous improvement practices3. Technology Enablement & Program LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of key technology and transformation programs impacting GBSAct as the central point of contact between GBS Operations and Technology teamsTranslate business needs into scalable tech solutions, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomesTechnology Roadmap: Partner with the Digital team to design the GBS technology roadmap, pilot emerging tools (AI/RPA), and oversee formal RFP/RFQ processes for new vendors.Platform Development: Contribute to the design and build of the Talent Access Platform and other proof-of-concept projects to modernize our service delivery.4. Advisory & Capability BuildingPartner with GBS leadership to identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutionsProvide thought leadership on best practices, emerging technologies, and delivery optimisationBuild capability within GBS teams to adopt new tools, technologies, and ways of working5.
