Key Responsibilities
- Lead Jira Cloud Enterprise implementation (Agile / SAFe delivery model)
- Drive discovery, assessment, and rollout across Product & Engineering (600–800 users)
- Manage integration across Jira, Confluence, Mural, GitHub, Backstage, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Oversee migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) and legacy Jira instances
- Align delivery with Atlassian MCP, AI DLC, Amazon Q, AWS Bedrock, Copilot
- Track delivery using Jira Plans, dashboards, portfolio reporting (Tempo / BigPicture)
- Ensure governance (RBAC, compliance, auditability)
- Define and track delivery KPIs, reporting framework, and executive dashboards
- Ensure governance model adoption (roles, permissions, workflow compliance)
- Drive portfolio visibility (capacity, dependencies, risks)
- Oversee rollout and change management for 600–800 users.
