Role Overview
- Lead Talent Development for India and drive the end-to-end learning and capability-building agenda
- Partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders
- Design and execute a future-ready talent development strategy aligned to business goals
- Lead change, build scalable processes, and shape a strong learning culture
- Manage and develop a high-performing Talent Development team
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive Talent Development strategy aligned with business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on learning and development initiatives
- Identify learning needs through stakeholder inputs, assessments, and talent reviews
- Translate learning needs into impactful learning solutions and programs
- Design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, leadership, and capability-building programs
- Lead delivery of technical and behavioral learning (virtual and in-person)
- Partner with internal experts to ensure learning content is current and relevant
- Streamline learning processes, platforms, and operations to enhance learner experience
- Use data, analytics, and reporting to measure impact and improve programs
- Manage external vendors and learning partners
- Build leadership pipelines through mentoring, coaching, and development initiatives

Additional Information
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 14+ years of experience in Talent Development / Learning & Development
- Strong expertise in competency frameworks, leadership development, and organizational development
- Proven experience leading and developing teams of learning professionals
- Strong operational expertise in managing learning platforms and processes
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovative learning design
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and multitask effectively
