Role Overview

  • Lead Talent Development for India and drive the end-to-end learning and capability-building agenda
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders
  • Design and execute a future-ready talent development strategy aligned to business goals
  • Lead change, build scalable processes, and shape a strong learning culture
  • Manage and develop a high-performing Talent Development team

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive Talent Development strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on learning and development initiatives
  • Identify learning needs through stakeholder inputs, assessments, and talent reviews
  • Translate learning needs into impactful learning solutions and programs
  • Design and deliver onboarding, upskilling, leadership, and capability-building programs
  • Lead delivery of technical and behavioral learning (virtual and in-person)
  • Partner with internal experts to ensure learning content is current and relevant
  • Streamline learning processes, platforms, and operations to enhance learner experience
  • Use data, analytics, and reporting to measure impact and improve programs
  • Manage external vendors and learning partners
  • Build leadership pipelines through mentoring, coaching, and development initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 14+ years of experience in Talent Development / Learning & Development
  • Strong expertise in competency frameworks, leadership development, and organizational development
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams of learning professionals
  • Strong operational expertise in managing learning platforms and processes
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovative learning design
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and multitask effectively
