Job Description

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Translate business needs into strategic and executable staffing plans.
  • Establish credible, long-term partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Provide consulting on talent marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, and recruiting strategies.
  • Lead and execute recruitment strategies independently for mid-to-senior level roles.

Sourcing & Recruitment Operations

  • Partner with sourcing teams to execute sourcing and networking plans.
  • Conduct advanced searches, behavioral interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Leverage TA tools, social media, and data insights to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Drive diversity hiring and ensure a balanced slate of candidates.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, directly or indirectly.
  • Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes, roles, and deliverables.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives such as talent communities, networking events, and TA marketing plans.
  • Provide TA expertise during organizational changes and redesigns.
