- Translate business needs into strategic and executable staffing plans.
- Establish credible, long-term partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Provide consulting on talent marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, and recruiting strategies.
- Lead and execute recruitment strategies independently for mid-to-senior level roles.
Sourcing & Recruitment Operations
- Partner with sourcing teams to execute sourcing and networking plans.
- Conduct advanced searches, behavioral interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Leverage TA tools, social media, and data insights to make informed hiring decisions.
- Drive diversity hiring and ensure a balanced slate of candidates.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, directly or indirectly.
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes, roles, and deliverables.
- Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives such as talent communities, networking events, and TA marketing plans.
- Provide TA expertise during organizational changes and redesigns.
