Job Description:
- Lead the existing sourcing, recruiting, and recruiting operations teams, partner with the broader HR team, and senior leaders to understand, refine, and communicate a compelling vision for talent acquisition for business function, set of concrete initiatives and metrics to realize it
- Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies
- Consult and partner with businesses to meet the organization's near and long-term strategic objectives and hiring goal from new channel development, identification of favourable locations to set up new business hubs
- Create a metrics focused organization that drives accountability and keeps the team focused on creating a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Use technology and tools to improve efficiency and productivity on hiring
- Lead and/or provide input on major recruiting initiatives from improving the candidate experience to an ATS implementation
- Crafting and implementing creative sourcing strategies and plans for building a continuous talent pipeline for both voice and non voice through referrals, social media campaigns and train & hire programs
- Building and leading a team to manage end-to-end recruiting (with specific emphasis to voice skills) and build a pipeline in a high volume, dynamic environment
- Creating and implementing processes, tools and training to enable Hiring Managers to better define positions, screening and interviewing candidates, and making quality hiring decisions
- Ensure quality of hire and infant attrition rates are industry best for the organization
- Utilizing social media to develop organization's reputation as an employer of choice
