Job Description

Role Highlights Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for all functions:

  • 90% Non-Tech: Sales, Operations, Marketing



10% Tech: Product, Engineering
Drive high-volume hiring at scale: 150-200 hires per month across junior levels (BDMs, Managers, etc.)

  • Build and optimize TA systems, processes, and dashboards for performance tracking
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver aggressive targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure speed, quality, and compliance
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies for bulk sales hiring and niche roles
  • Ensure agility and responsiveness in a 6-day work environment (5 days office + 1 day WFH)

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong hands-on sales hiring exposure
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring (200+ hires/month)
  • Strong data orientation and ability to drive decisions through analytics
  • Aggressive, execution-focused mindset with exposure to start-up culture
  • Preference for candidates from EdTech or sales-heavy industries
  • Hands-on experience with TA systems and process automation
